School Management System
Private high school, Nairobi
Custom Systems
August 2024
The Problem
The school ran admissions, grading and fee tracking on spreadsheets and paper registers, causing errors, duplicate work and delayed reports for the board.
Our Solution
We designed a role-based Laravel system with portals for admin, teachers, parents and students. Admissions, report cards, fee tracking and communication now live in one secure place.
The Result
Report generation that once took days now runs in seconds. Admissions paperwork dropped and staff regained ~10 hours per week across terms.
Tech Stack
